Victoria R. Bondoc, President and Founder has led Gemini as President since 1986 through over twenty years of prosperity. She has over 25 years of experience in C4ISR systems engineering, ACAT I/II/III system acquisition, and systems integration. Prior to starting Gemini, she worked as a Systems Engineer for organizations such as the MITRE Corporation and Booz Allen and Hamilton. She developed effective solutions to meet the technical challenges involved in the development of missile warning Systems for Space Command; Airborne C3I systems for Strategic Air Command; and the Strategic Defense Initiative.
Victoria received a BS in Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MA in Computer Science from Boston University.

Sal Malgari, Vice President has led Gemini operations for over 10 years, initially as Director of Engineering and later as Director of Operations prior to assuming his current role as Vice President. He has over 35 years of experience in systems acquisition, systems engineering and program management on major AF programs. During his 20-year Civil Service career, he served as Program Manager and Technical Director/Chief Engineer for programs such a Joint STARS, chaired Source Selection Evaluation Boards and led Grey Beard Reviews of Source Selections.
Sal received a BSEE degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a MS in Systems Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Boston University.

Robert Logan, Controller has led Gemini financial operations since 2004. Since joining the company, his responsibilities have expanded to include Human Resources, Administration and Information Technology. He has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, human resource management, administration and business operations.
Bob received a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. |

Vincent J. Maconi, General Manager has over 30 years of systems engineering experience in project management, requirements analysis, design, development, test, implementation and operation of air surveillance/air sovereignty systems, communications systems, and information systems. Included in this experience is over 17 years supporting Foreign Military Sales programs in Eastern Europe, with extensive exposure to the NATO command and control environment, and in South America. His background also includes military tactical communications and communications security systems, secure telemetry systems, and TEMPEST engineering.
Vince received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Steve O. Ouzts, Director Business Development has over 35 years of experience and demonstrated success in program management, information technology and intelligence. He has over 10 years of experience in business development, proposal management and development and a proven track record in identifying and securing new contracts. He has managed operational software development and systems engineering teams up to 100 engineers with multiple sub and associate contractors.
Steve received a BS in Mathematics from Auburn University, a MS in Dynamics from the Naval Post Graduate School, and an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Nebraska.

John Hudanich, Director C4ISR and Homeland Defense Division is responsible for technical performance of projects within the C4ISR and Homeland Defense Division and the development of new business to expand the Division business base. He has over 20 years of experience helping business leaders solve problems by translating and harnessing technology. John has over 15 years experience with acquisitions, project management and system development with C4ISR capabilities for customers across the DoD.
John received a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Pedro Torres-Chamorro, Director Advanced Solutions Division leads ASD operations based in Tampa, Florida. He has over 25 years of program management, engineering and contracting experience gained directing, monitoring, and integrating research, development, engineering, and acquisition of complex Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems. Pedro has led the Gemini Special Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Exploitation team since 2002. He was instrumental in increasing the Special Reconnaissance Capabilities customer base from $5M to $100M in a two-year period; and in facilitating the transition and establishment of three US Special Operations Command programs of record and one Service Special Initiative.
Pedro received a MS in Project and Systems Management from Golden Gate University and a BA in Business Administration from Columbia College.
